Greetings from the Kanakuk Haiti team! We are excited to report that the Divine Shelter Schools in Haiti are open once again, and lunches are being served after a difficult year of delays caused first by social unrest and then by the COVID-19 pandemic.

What a great close to 2017! This past December, Kanakuk President, Joe White, made his annual trip to Haiti along with a team of about 23 Kanakuk Kampers and staff. They brought with them 4,600 bags filled with lollipops, small toys, utensils, tooth brushes, and much more to be given as presents to some of the poorest children in the island nation of Haiti.

It is that time of year again when we are preparing to share the joy of Christ with children in Haiti. Every year, Kanakuk, under the leadership of president, Joe White, sets out to collect a careful mix of fun and helpful items that we pray create an avenue to also share Christ with them.
